You do not state any relevant facts. Was the credit card with or without her permission?

Do not answer me or anyone else. You have already said too much. If you used the credit card without permission, then you need to hire a criminal law attorney as you have engaged in a crime. A criminal attorney may be able to work out a favorable disposition depending on your circumstances. They will probably involve restitution and you paying back the amount which you charged.

If you used the card with permission, then it is not a criminal matter, but if the person presses charges you will have to be able to prove this. Again, you may have to pay for the value of the items charged.

I suggest you speak to a criminal law attorney or else try and work things out so that charges will not be filed. You do not want to be a criminal defendant with all that entails.
