Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

i have a dismissal for want of prosecution order from gwinnett county court. what does it means? do I have to show up to court? do i pay any penalty? (It is regarding my car that i have not making payment for 6 months. Finally the cop stop me and give a ticket for not having insurance and tag.)

It's not clear from your question, but it seems like you had a criminal charge pending for failure to have insurance, and the case was dismissed because the State did not press the charges in a timely manner. If that's what happened, then the case is over and you are not liable for penalty. But hard to tell from your question if that's it.
