Objection to what? Whose girlfriend? What does "get over the estate" mean? Write what down and for what purpose? Your post makes no sense, so you need to re-post with all the facts so it does make sense.

I answered this question already. You file a claim with the estate and with the executor. The executor can deny your claim. The real question is why in the hell you would pay for someone's funeral bills absent something which obligated you to do so, like a contract.

Again, you need to review the estate file and then go talk to a probate attorney to see how to file a claim and, if necessary, sue the estate for reimbursement. If you made a gift then there may be no grounds for obligating the estate to reimburse you.
