Judgements

I have a judgement against me for an unpaid credit card, is the law firm able to except a lesser amount from me?

Re: Judgements

They are certainly legally and ethically permitted if the client agrees to it. However, there is no duty for them to accept anything less than the full judgment amount if the client will not consent.

Possibly. It depends on what instructions their client has given to them.
