Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I am one month late on my trailer home I get a harrassment call every day. I told then that I am only one month late and as soon as I get my self together I will caught up. But they still keep calling me on my cell. I am a Truck driving and it is very hard to talk on the phone. I got so mad at then that I said OK now I will be 2 months behind they said they will put me into collections and take my trailer. I live in Georgia can they do that with only 2 months no payment I have the trailer home about 5 years now and never late. Please advice. John

Read your loan papers. They can take it if you are 1 minute late. Either catch up the payments, or, if you can't, get a lawyer to review your options.
