Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I signed a contract with national tax debt who is located in California and I am in Georgia, the agreement which is in writing was for a monthly payment of 277.00 a month for their service to work out an agreement with the IRS for a settlement on my behalf, but they promptly took 2777.00 out of my account without my permission, after which I brought to their attention and decided not to use there service because they broke the contract of payment, I spoke with their representative who would only give his first name of alex, who agreed to return my money minus a processing fee if I signed an agreement that he wrote on a plain piece of paper not to persue any further action though court, but it's been around two months and they have not returned my money and the guy alex keeps avoiding all my calls, the agreement was for a return of my money after 5 days..................what can I do?

Go to your bank Monday morning to see if there is any hope. NEVER EVER give anyone access to your bank account. Ever. Your money is probably gone, but you can keep trying.

You have likely been ripped off by criminals. The money is likely gone. The only 3rd parties to use with the IRS are local tax attorneys and CPAs. Real tax assistance is not done from out of state and real places don't ask to access your bank account.
