Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Thieft of Services

I provided services to a company over 1 month ago. They continue to give excuses. The phone numbers for the company and cell number of my contact keep changing. The company can't give me a reason for why I haven't gotten paid. Can I file theft of services or what legal action can i file?

Re: Thieft of Services

Probably, you would need to file suit against the company for breach of contract. Then, if you win and get a judgment, you can collect it. However, you should speak with a local attorney to discuss all of your options.

If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
