The pawn title is not going to sue you as long as you make the payments to them. If you wrecked your car and they did not require you to insure it, too bad for them if they tried to repo your car. But they are still going to want their money and if you do not pay, then yes, they can sue you. If they get a judgment then they can garnish your wages and raid your bank account.
