Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If someone borrows and something and they agree verbally if something happens to it they are suppose to pay for it ,or get another one, What steps can I take to get the money or they can buy back the item?

You can sue in small claims court. Is it worth it -- time, money and the loss of a relationship? Never loan money or anything else unless you are ready and willing to lose the money or property or the relationship.
