Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

What are the chances of my husband getting time served and. Back on probation when he gets to court in walker co ga.he was put on 5yr felony probation for a government property charge(released from p.d.c. to start in jan) got violated in May for not reporting because he got new misdemeanor in tn.(the probation had been transferred to tn).he will get out of jail in tn in nov(a 5mo sentence)to go to ga.please any advice would be great

No one here can possibly answer your question as to what his chances are of being released back on probation. We don't know the circumstances of hisu case, his criminal background, exactly what his violations are etc. If you really want to help him then hire an attorney for him or tell him to apply for a public defender if he cannot afford an attorney. Whatever his chances are, they will be increased if he has representation.
