Re: children

Sometimes certain offices of DFCS in some counties do go too far and try to take away the children from the parent(s) for a dirty house, but usually, a dirty home alone is not enough to take the children away. There are the civil actions, normally called Deprivation; there could also be simultaneous criminal actions based on the same facts. You did not provide enough information. Please feel free to contact me or any other attorney for a free consultation. I have additional questions.

In responding to your question in this matter, the Firm is not expressing an opinion on whether you will ultimately prevail if legal action is pursued.
