Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My fiance recently got a municipal fta as well as a superior court fta because his grandaddy was in hospice. Per his bondsman' s instruction, he showed up at the next court session to take care of the fta... well they locked him up for the municipal fta, which he went to court for the following day. However, the da said to have the superior fta lifted, a motion to quash the bench warrant would have to be filed. Is this something he can file for himself or does it require an attorney
