Your friend will likely not recieve a bond if the new charge was caught in cobb county. A attorney will be essential to getting her to to court quickly to take care of her probation matters so she can be released. Feel free to give me a call for a free consultation.

Getting an attorney for a criminal charge is always a good idea. I have a colleague that specifically handles criminal cases. If you (or your friend) calls my office, I can pass on his information.

Best,

Getting an attorney will help, but no one knows what the judge will do. See website to get some ideas on how plea offers are constructed: www.lawrencelewispc.com
