Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My friend needs helps. She is 23 years old and was in the process of moving out of her dads house when he staged an intervention with his oldest son. They went through her stuff found out she is planning on marrying a man in prison. He has taken her car keys and her cell phone and told her they only way she was going anywhere was if he takes her. What can she do is this not false imprisonment.

Of cours it's false imprisonment. She should call the cops and/or a lawyer.
