I have a friend that just got out of prison 6 months ago. He is a registered sex offender (statutory rape) And we were wanting to start a relationship but wanted to find out if in georgia or tennessee if we can legally be together with me having a child under the age of 18 in my home

He would be sent back to prison and it is very likely the state will take away your child for your incredibly poor judgment. Don't even consider the relationship.
