Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My grandmother passed away November 5 2013 the funeral home stated that they would send all information pertaining to her death to social security! Months later i noticed that money was still being deposited into my account ( we had joint account) the bank tried twice to send the money back to social security to no avail they told me to bring in my grandmothers death certificate and i did but still the money could not be sent back! Around March 2013 i contacted Social Security and was told that the funeral home did contact Social Security, they gave me the date of my grandmothers passing and told me that her payments had stopped! I told social security about the money they stated it was not my grandmothers money! A friend of mines had passed Away but before that he had contacted me and told me he was not gonna abandon me so i really believed the money was from him now almost two years after social security investigators were at my door stating the money was for my grandmother! I spoke to them! I did not know about the right to remain silent! Now they are calling me to meet them at the bank for my bank statements! What should i do?
