Do you go to jail for obstruction of a 911 call how serious is the charges

Yes you could go to jail or be fined and you should get a lawyer ASAP.

This is a misdemeanor charge, which carries up to 12 months in jail and up to a $1000 fine. Most of these cases result in probation and a fine, but circumstances could cause a Judge or prosecutor to seek some jail time. Speak with a lawyer in your area to find out.
