Can I get a plea agreement for trackffing cocanie first offense I never been in any trouble don't have a criminal background history

That would be up to the prosecutor. Its their decision as to whether or not to offer a plea deal. Talk to your attorney about asking for one (hopefully you have an attorney as these are very serious charges).
