Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was recently charged with a misdemeanor which was thief by shop lifting no one told me what I was getting charged with until I was in jail I worked at Walmart where all this happened I had pleaded guilty when the store people confronted me I just want to know was there any possible way I could still plead not guilty and which trail should I pick bench or jury ?
