Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My son turned himself in on June 14th 2015,for false charges from ex saying he beat the he'll out of her,which I know is false because me and my witness went and pick him up because she has done this many times before, well he still in jail they say still has bench warrant,no one has even questioned me or witness who are only witnesses went to go to bond hearing they came up with conflict of interest with public defender so had to get him another one which still no one been over month made my son stay in jail while he got other guy he was defending out who was reason of conflict when he was my son's lawyer first.just wanting sum advice trying to save for real lawyer but Ian single mom bearly making ends meet also every time I ask about charges they are always different??? So far I got four paper with different charges every time what the heck can they do that??
