Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was turning left out of my apartment complex and while in the turning lane, a car passed very close to mine. I yelled out the window at the driver but they did not respond or exit the vehicle. My car was unregistered but had the tag of a similar car that I own but no longer have. I did not hit that car but my car has damage from a previous incident. I did remove the tag from the car after receiving the letter.
