Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Type Your Question HerI am in need of a pro se court petition for removal of sex offender status in the state of GA.

My local court house no longer provides the form & I have had no luck from local attorneys in my home town & I cannot find anything on the web.I am 100% disabled & require home nursing. This was a misdemeanor case in 1999.

First a comment: by posting your name and zip on the internet in public (this is the public internet) your identity is now always findable in a search using the word sex offender. It may be too late but you may want to see if LawGuru will remove your post.
