Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

how can i get a violent misdemeanor record expunged ? I need to get back to work but they keep pulling up this record and causing me not to get hired

Unless you received probation before judgment or were put in a diversion program, you likely will lot be able to get it expunged. I would strongly recommend that you hire a georgia criminal defense attorney to discuss the specifics of your case.

You will need to hire a good criminal defense attorney in your area who will know the Judge, DA, Solicitor and the local law enforcement agencies (Sherrif, Chief of Police, etc)
