Legal Question
I have had 4 dui's ---2 in 1992--1 in 1996---1 in 1997 and a suspended license and recently i was charged with driving on a suspended license and i would like to know if I can be charged with recedivisim when I go to court.Thank you Wanda C.

Legal Answer
While those are too old to require them to be considered, most judges will, and you can go to jail for up to a year and be fined up to $1000 plus costs.
