Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

was I DUI ?

i was stopped 40 min. after leaving my parents home. i had smoked a small bowl of pot 10 min before leaving. upon search no pot was found on me or in my car. i passed the field sobriety test. and wrong info was written on my ticket, as to what i had said to the cop. he wrote i had told him i was smoking a joint while traveling. was i dui? and what can i do about the errors on the ticket?
