Expungement
I plead No Lo to DUI, and was wondering if I can get expungement of record. There is a DUI manual that says there are ways.

The answer is "no". The law states the you can't expunge a charge of that nature that you plead guilty to. The GA DUI code states the a "nolo" plea is treated as a guilty plea under the law.
