Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

I was in a head on collision in April 1996. It left me paralized from the waist down. The drunk driver had no insurance, suspended license, and drugs in his system. He had nothing for me to start a law sue on him. Is it something I can do now to try to get some kind of compensation for my injury.

I am sorry for your circumstances, but to get compensation you need a party at fault with assets (or an insurer). If the person at fault has nothing to take, there is nothing to get.
