Legal Question in Education Law in Georgia

My twin 5 yr old boys attend GA public school. They are both autistic and have an IEP. They are in a regular class but have an "inclusion" teacher to help if they need anything. I intend to ask for more one on one during food times due to their food sensory issues. For example trying to get them to touch different foods, even if they don't eat it, just touching it will help in the long run. Also asking for more morning interaction with sensory toys because they have a hard time transitioning in the morning. I was told by a school employee that they are providing all the services they are legally held accountable for providing. Am I in the "right" to be able to ask for these extra services?
Also, I have seen the regular teacher in the class lose her patients with another child in the class and pull him by the arm. Recently, my mom told me she saw her pull one of my children off his feet by the arm because he wasn't completing a task fast enough. It seems she is lacking the patients to work with the special needs children. What are the legal guidelines for physical touch by a teacher on a student?
