Legal Question in Elder Law in Georgia

Like in a poker game,a full house would trump 2 pair,, my question is which would trump the other.........Georgia Advance Directive For Health Care OR General Power Of Attorney and Designation Of Guardian ??????????

The directive allows one to designate a guardian. If a person became incapacitated, that designation is meaningless unless a court actually is petitioned to appoint a guaradian. If that happens, the court order supercedes a power of attorney.
