Hi I'm 16. Can I legally move out at 16? I'm about to be 17 in November?

No. You're a child and cannot move at 16 or 17. At 18 you can - not before.

You can move out and make your own decisions (good or bad), and face the responsibilities of those decisions, in a little over a year - age 18.

You are under the care and control of your parents until you are 18. At the age of 16, how would you even support yourself? If you runaway, you could end up in the juvenile court system which you do not want to do.
