Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My 15 year old son got his 16 year old girlfriend pregnant. My husband, my son, his girlfriend and my self want to raise the baby.

Her mother wants to put it up for adoption and not let her see my son or the baby.

Can she legally move in with us, she can finish school and we will financially support them.

We live in GA and they live in Alabama

You have a mess and lots of people may be going to jail. You may go to jail for interference with custody (16 year olds don't get to pick new parents) and probably contributing to the delinquency of a minor by letting your son's rapist move in. The 16 year old, who is legally a rapist, may go to jail. And DFCS may be looking for foster parents for the baby and your son. SIt down with a local lawyer and try to figure out workable options. There are no easy answers, but getting yourself arrested and trying to lose your grandchild and your son is not a good plan.
