Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What is the best way to achieve a divorce, considering that I don't know where m

My husband and I have been split up for about 4 years. I haven't seen him in more than two. I don't know where to locate him nor do I have a phone number for him. We do have a child together but he does not see her nor take care of her. What is the best and cheapest way for me to get a no-fault divorce? The last time I spoke with him, he wanted to get married to someone else and asked me to divorce him as quickly as possible, however I didn't have the money and he didn't want to give it to me. Is there anyway to find out if he already filed for divorce long ago and I just don't know about it? I don't need child support or anything because my child is being taken care of by someone who will adopt her as soon as possible, so that is not an issue.

Any information would be helpful.

Thank you.
