Someone other then myself was served at an incorrect address and the Judge wants me to present admissible evidence that I did not live at the address that was served. What admissible evidence can I provide?

Re: Admissible Evidence

It is easier to prove a positive than a negative, so offer copies of your driver's license, voter registration card, utility bills with your name and address on them, etc. If you know the people at the address where service occurred, have them come in and testify that you do not live there.
