Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child custody

Five years ago I gave child custody to the father because of my circumstances. I do call my daughter and when I can afford to see her I make that happen. He was living in ga. and I have been living in tx. For the last three years, he has been living in S.C. Our custody agreement is still in the same state which neither parent lives in. Legally what can i do to get my daughter back home with me again?
