Child paternity

If the father doesnt show up for court ordered paternity what happens?

This usually a slam dunk for the mother. The court hears only her side of the case and then makes a ruling. Consult with a local attorney.

The court will hear evidence from the Mother only and make a decision based on that evidence. You need to show up. If you doubt paternity, seek the advice of an attorney otherwise you might be saddled with child support for 18 years.
