Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a child support order in place. My son's father is $11,000 behind and has only given me $200 in a yr. Since he lives in a different state Ga. said they cant go after him. What do I do?

If you hit a dimwit at Georgia Child Support, report the dimwit to a supervisor, as yes they CAN and SHOULD send the case to the other state. Having said that, there are far too many cases for the state to do a good job, and you may do better contacting a collection attorney in the town where he lives, and offering to pay 1/3 of what you recover.
