Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

me and my childs father just settled on an visitation and child support aggrement. one monthe into the visitation he checks himself into rehab for no shorter than six months. he is not there to visit with the child so i dont have to send him. his mother told me that my child would be spending the visitations with her his brother and sister-in-law but thats not what we agreed upon. his mother is trying to take over his visitations but she has no rights to my child. she is going for grandparents rights but she has several small vicious dogs that live in her house. if she was to get visitation would it take away form the fathers time or mine since the child lives with me and i am primary care provider?

No one here has seen the custody/visitation order, but you have, and all the answers are there, so you need to read it as we cannot answer it. If you can't figure out the answer, discuss it with the lawyer who represented you in the custody case, as he will know.

(What his mother says is irrelevant; what the papers say matters).
