Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex went to court and had my child support arrears forgiven. She did this voluntary in front of a judge. The judge told her that she would never be able to bring back the arrears that they would be forever gone. She signed a letter and gave it child support recovery. At the same time, she also had the judge to dismiss the child support order. The judge agreed and told her that she had 6 months to bring it back before the court before having to refile a motion for a different order. Now, here I am back in court and I'm being held in contempt for the arrears that she had forgiven. I have asked for a copy of the forgiveness letter and child support recovery said that I'm not entitled to a copy of it. What are my legal options at this point? How do I prove that she forgave the arrears? Just so you know, she forgave the arrears because I'm medically disabled and out of work per doctors orders while trying to get SSI.

There is NO way to "forgive" past due child support. What she likely did was dismiss her case, which does NOT make the arrearage go away. Stop representing yourself, which as you have learned is a bad idea, and get counsel.
