Can CPS take my kids if I smoke marijuana and breastfeed?
I don't smoke around my kids, I smoke marijuana because it helps with my headaches and anxiety.

How could you possibly do that to your child? Stop abusing your child immediately. Did you not know that if you smoke marijuana and breastfeed, the active chemical in marijuana (THC) is passed to your baby through your milk. To answer your question, yes, if you get caught, the state may take your child away.
