Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my daughter is `17 and graduated high school. Do I still have to pay child support?

The child support addendum states that the support shall continue until the child reaches 18, graduates high school, becomes self supporting, marries, dies, joint the arm forces or is otherwise emancipated, which ever comes first

I believe the order is clear. You continue paying until she is 18 unless she "becomes self supporting, marries, dies, joins the armed forces or is otherwise emancipated." If you have questions about her current status, I suggest you speak with an attorney.
