Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My daughter leaves my 7 yr old grandson at her apt by himself while she works nites. She takes him to stay with her cousin/my nephew's family on the week-ends as they request for him to come by meeting her half way to transport him. He had lived with me since his birth. I moved to Az. from Ga to pay off a graduate loan with 2 yr of public health service. She refused to let my grandson come with me and my current husband, whom has been with my grandson since birth. Currently I've been calling her to ask if he can come and visit. He has called when he is by himself as she has left a cell phone with him.
