If my husband is in prison, and I purchase a house in my name only while he is in prison, then I file for a divorce, can he file for me to sell it and give him half? Or should I file for divorce first and then buy the house?

You need a lawyer. It would be extremely foolish to buy a house first, as it will complicate the divorce at best, and could be at risk at worst. See a lawyer, complete a divorce, and then you can get on with your life.
