Divorce/ What are my Rights

I am a 40 year old woman, we have two children (3 and 1). I am the sole supportor of the family..husband full time student, and has been for five years. I received $100k in inheritance from my mothers death. Does he have rights to the money? What is shared custody? Will I have to pay child support? Do we have equal responsibility to our debt?

Inheritance is not marital property, but if the money earned money, the earned money is marital property. All marital assets and debts are to equitably divided.
