Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

We are due in court tomorrow DCFS is trying to take my daughters rights away from her. Can she legally sign the children over to whom she wants?

With a court date tomorrow, almost certainly not. Children are not signed away. It takes a court order. And she is not going to get one at 8 PM. I am sure her lawyer (she does have one I hope) already told her that.
