What happens when a father, fighting for visitation, fails His first court ordered drug test, and does not take second court Ordered drug test?

He probably (1) loses his case, and (2) may get cited for contempt.

The Judge could likely decide that taking drugs is more important to the father than his children, and the children are far better off away from the criminal activity.
