Where do i go to file for a seperation without my abusive spouse finding my whereabouts

In Georgia there is no such thing as filing for a separation.

You may be able to seek a temporary protecting order in Superior Court (I'd recommend talking to a lawyer first), a divorce, or, if you need support and alimony, possibly a maintenance action. In any event, see a lawyer.
