Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Fraud by husband

Dear Sir or Ma'am, my husband of 11 years is constantly lying and trying to hide stuff from me.Recently,I found out that my husband cashed our child tax refund check and blew all the money,ok,This check was in both of our names, when I recieved the photo copy of this check,my signature is not on the check,he found someone who'd cash it without my knowledge.Things like this have happened all through our marriage, will this photo copy of this give me grounds for divorce?I'm through trying to make this marriage work, but I'm still here for now for our 2 kids. There's alot more to this story, please email me some time,Thank you.

You can use that incident along with the others. However, you can get a divorce on the grounds that the marriage is "irretrievably broken". The process is too complicate to explain in this type of forum. You should consult with a local attorney.
