Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

hey, I have some questions about divorce and my rights, I am an immigrant that has lived in US with my family since 1999, I'm now a US citizen since last fall, I quit my job and left all my social security in my homeland to follow my husband to US so it could benefit his career, we have 3 children, our youngest one is now 16. I have never worked here in US but stayed home with our children while my husband worked and traveled a lot in his work. We live in Georgia

You should contact a Family Law attorney here in Georgia. Even in the short statement that you have submitted, there are several issues that need to be discussed at length with a legal professional.

I would be more than happy to assist you with any specific questions.

Kind Regards,

I am not sure what your questions are. There are so many issues which may be part of this divorce, i.e., alimony, custody, parenting schedule, child support, that it is in your best interest to speak with a family law attorney prior to agreeing to anything or making any decisions.
