Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Hi my husband filed for a divorce without me and no longer wants the divorce is it possible for me to attend the court to have it dismissed? He is unable to because he has relocated out of the state to his next army station he filled out the papers and left them with his mother. Could she go against him and turn the papers in since he has already signed them?

This is now the 4th time today you posted this question (over two sites online). Many attorneys have answered and the answer won't change and you still need a lawyer. The answer I last gave you was:

What you posted is simply false, so since you have given us "facts" that are fake, we can't give a real answer. The filing fee is paid to the court when the case starts, so apparently there is a case. In some counties that case can be finished automatically with no hearing. In many it can be finished without your further participation or notice. Get a lawyer - yesterday - to check on the real status. Either he has played you and lied to you, or you have misunderstood the process, or you posted incorrect information, or he, in also not knowing what he is doing, has screwed up. In any event, you're in a legal proceeding, and legal proceedings need lawyers. Divorces can be dismissed if the parties agree on that, but given your post, don't assume you will solve this with online posts; your lawyer will solve it.
