Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband and I are planning on moving out of state. My ex-husband still has joint legal custody, but 3 years ago we have a verbal agreement he would step out of her life and has not seen her since. He is still paying child support. How do I go about getting him signing rights over in writing without spending a fortune.

Your husband has obligations, not "rights" to sign over. His obligation is to support his children, as they are the ones with the right to be supported.
